Honeybee Removal & Relocation

We have dedicated specialists trained in the humane removal and relocation of honeybees. Bees are safely transferred to approved apiaries where they can continue to thrive in their natural environment. This delicate, labour-intensive process often requires dismantling parts of a building to access the comb, demanding a high level of skill, time, and precision.

Pigeon Control & Bird Proofing

Our team are experts in pigeon control and bird-proofing solutions. Pigeons are more than just a nuisance—they pose serious health risks. Their droppings not only look unsightly but also make pavements, walkways, and outdoor spaces dangerously slippery, increasing the risk of accidents and potential liability claims.

Rodent Control

Rats, mice, and grey squirrels can cause significant damage to homes and businesses. Worse still, they can result in fines or even imprisonment if they contaminate goods being sold or served. Our three-stage rodent treatment plan—or annual contract options—guarantees elimination of the infestation and ensures these unwelcome visitors don’t return.

Wildlife Management

Unexpected sightings of foxes, badgers, rabbits, or even deer can surprise both homeowners and businesses. Many UK wildlife species are protected under the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, which prohibits the use of snares, traps, and poisons. We offer comprehensive and fully documented wildlife management solutions tailored to your property, ensuring legal and humane handling of all wildlife situations

Asbestos Surveys

With over 19 years of experience in the asbestos industry, Ashley Farrell is a highly qualified asbestos surveyor, analyst, consultant, and project manager. He holds all relevant proficiency certifications through the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) and possesses a broad skill set that includes the safe removal of non-licensed asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Working on projects nationwide, Ashley is committed to delivering expert guidance and practical, compliant solutions for asbestos management.

Why an Asbestos Survey is Required

Under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, it is a legal requirement for duty holders (such as landlords, building owners, or employers) to identify and manage the risks of asbestos in non-domestic premises. An asbestos survey is the first step in fulfilling this duty, as it helps to locate, assess, and monitor any asbestos-containing materials that may be present in a building.

There are two main types of asbestos surveys:

  • Management Survey – Designed to locate asbestos that could be disturbed during normal occupancy and routine maintenance.
  • Refurbishment & Demolition Survey – Required before any construction, refurbishment, or demolition work to identify and assess all ACMs that may be disturbed during the process.

Failure to comply with these regulations can lead to serious health risks, legal penalties, and project delays. Ashley’s expertise ensures that surveys are conducted thoroughly and professionally, providing clients with peace of mind and full regulatory compliance.
